Our devices undergo a rigorous inspection process. We categorize our inventory into clear cosmetic grades so you can choose the right stock for your market. Regardless of the cosmetic grade, every device is tested to be 100% fully functional (unless sold as "As-Is").

Brand New & CPO
Brand New (BNIB)
- Condition: 100% Brand New.
- Packaging: Factory Sealed in the original manufacturer box.
- Accessories: Includes all original accessories.
- Warranty: Full Manufacturer Warranty (e.g., Apple 1-Year).
- Status: Never activated.
CPO (Certified Pre-Owned)
- Condition: Officially refurbished by the manufacturer (e.g., Apple CPO).
- Packaging: Sealed in the official White Box (CPO packaging).
- Appearance: Looks pristine, indistinguishable from new.
- Warranty: Comes with Manufacturer Warranty.

Used Grading Scale (Handset Only)
For our used inventory, we grade based on cosmetic appearance. All devices in these grades have passed our multi-point functional test.
Grade A+
Pristine / Like New
The closest you can get to a new device without the sealed box.
- Screen: Flawless. No scratches.
- Housing/Bezel: Flawless. No dents, dings, or scuffs.
- Battery Health: Minimum 90%+.
- Ideal For: Premium retail markets and discerning customers.
Grade A
Excellent
High-quality devices with very minimal signs of use.
- Screen: May have faint micro-scratches, not visible when the screen is on.
- Housing/Bezel: May have 1-2 minor blemishes or faint scuffs near the charging port. No dents.
- Battery Health: Minimum 85%+.
- Ideal For: Standard retail and online resale.
Grade B
Good
The "value" grade. These devices show normal signs of daily wear but offer a great price point.
- Screen: Visible scratches or light scuffs. No cracks or deep gouges.
- Housing/Bezel: Visible scratches, nicks, or small dents.
- Functionality: 100% Functional.
- Battery Health: Minimum 80%+.
- Ideal For: Discount retail, repair shops, and insurance replacements.
Grade C
Fair
Heavy cosmetic wear. Best for price-sensitive markets.
- Screen: Deep scratches or heavy scuffing. No cracks.
- Housing/Bezel: Significant wear, multiple dents, color fading, or heavy scratches.
- Functionality: 100% Functional.
- Ideal For: Emerging markets and budget-conscious buyers.

Our Testing Process
Before a device is assigned a grade, it must pass our 30-Point Functional Check. We use industry-standard diagnostic software to ensure reliability.
We test every component, including:
- Touch ID / Face ID: Biometrics must be responsive.
- Display: Checked for dead pixels, burns, or touch sensitivity issues.
- Connectivity: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Cellular signal tests.
- Audio: Speakers, Microphones, and Earpiece clarity.
- Camera: Front and Rear cameras (focus, flash, and zoom).
- Ports & Buttons: Charging port, volume keys, and mute switch responsiveness.
- Sensors: Proximity, gyroscope, and accelerometer.
- iCloud/Google Lock: Guaranteed OFF and ready for activation.

Battery Health Policy
We know battery life is critical for your customers.
- Grade A+/A: Batteries are guaranteed to be at 85% capacity or higher.
- Grade B/C: Batteries are guaranteed to be at 80% capacity or higher.
- We do not sell devices with "Service Battery" messages in our standard graded stock.
