Do I need an account to buy from OSMMOBILES?

Yes. As a B2B wholesaler, we require all customers to register for an account. This ensures we are dealing with legitimate businesses and allows us to offer you dedicated wholesale pricing.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Click on the "Register" or "Sign Up" button on our homepage. You will need to provide your business details, contact information, and relevant business registration documents. Our team will review your application within 24 hours.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes, to maintain our wholesale pricing structure, we have a minimum order requirement.

  • Minimum Order: 10 units or $3,000 USD
  • Sample Orders: We may allow smaller sample orders for first-time clients to test our quality. Please contact our sales team to discuss this.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Once your account is approved, you can browse our live stock list. You can place orders directly through the website, or by emailing your dedicated account manager with the SKU and quantity you require.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Wire Transfer (T/T): Preferred for bulk orders.
  • USDT / Crypto: Accepted for fast, international settlements.
  • PayPal: Subject to a surcharge, usually for smaller orders or samples.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before payment has been processed. Once payment is received and the goods are sent to our logistics team, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.

Where do you ship from?

Which carriers do you use?

Who pays for customs and import duties?

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. OSMMOBILES handles the export documentation from Hong Kong. We provide a commercial invoice and packing list to assist you, but we cannot predict or pay the import fees charged by your country's customs authority.

Do you insure shipments?

Yes. High-value electronics are sensitive cargo. We offer and highly recommend full transit insurance. If you choose not to insure your shipment, OSMMOBILES is not liable for loss or damage once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

What conditions of devices do you sell?

We sell:

  • CPO (Certified Pre-Owned): Official manufacturer refurbished (Apple / Samsung).
  • Used / Graded Stock:
    • Grade A+: Like new, flawless screen and housing.
    • Grade A: Minimal signs of wear, fully functional.
    • Grade B: Visible scratches or minor dents, fully functional.

Are the phones unlocked?

Yes. Unless specified otherwise (e.g., "AT&T Locked"), the majority of our inventory consists of Factory Unlocked (Sim-Free) devices that work with any carrier worldwide.

What specific regional specs do you carry?

We stock a variety of specifications to suit global markets, including:

Returns & Warranty (RMA)

What is your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) policy?

We offer a warranty period for functional defects.

  • Used/Graded Items: We offer a 30-Day functional warranty.

What is NOT covered?

  • Physical damage caused by the customer (cracked screens, water damage).

  • ID Locks (iCloud lock / Google lock) added by the customer.

How do I start a return?

  1. Contact your account manager with the IMEI/Serial Number and a description of the fault.
  2. We will issue an RMA number.
  3. Ship the device back to our Hong Kong facility.
  4. Once inspected and verified, we will issue a credit note or a replacement.
