The legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of OSMMOBILES.COM.
Welcome to OSMMOBILES.COM. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "Customer") and OSMMOBILES.COM ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the osmmobiles.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
The Site is intended solely for the use of businesses, distributors, and retailers. We do not sell to end-consumers. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are a legitimate business entity capable of entering into binding contracts.
We reserve the right to request business documentation (such as Business Registration Certificates, Reseller Permits, or Tax IDs) at any time to verify your status. We reserve the right to deny or terminate service to anyone at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
All prices posted on the Site are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed by us.
We strictly enforce Minimum Order Quantities. Orders falling below the MOQ may be rejected or subject to surcharges.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Once an order has been paid for and processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
We accept Bank Wire Transfers (T/T), USDT, and other methods as displayed on our payment page.
We reserve the right to refuse to process payments if we suspect fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
All shipments are made Ex Works (EXW) Hong Kong unless otherwise agreed in writing. This means the risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
You are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs clearances in your destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies.
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. If you decline insurance, OSMMOBILES.COM is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once they leave our facility.
All returns must be authorized by us with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, software modifications (jailbreaking), or ID-locked devices (iCloud/Google locks).
Non-defective returns or refused shipments may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
We strive to grade our used devices accurately according to our Grading Standards. However, cosmetic grading is subjective. By purchasing used devices, you acknowledge and accept the nature of used inventory.
We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly (including charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
In no event shall OSMMOBILES.COM, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Hong Kong SAR. OSMMOBILES.COM and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
